First Doctor Who Christmas Special Picture

The BBC have released the first official image for the Doctor Who Christmas special, which will be set during World War II with a young widow (Claire Skinner) and her two children. It is set to air on Christmas Day.

The episode will be written by Steven Moffat, and will include amongst the cast Outnumbered’s Skinner, who will play the young widow, Alexander Armstrong, Bill Bailey and Arabella Weir.
